A little warning would have been nice 🙂 And I don't want to know where you got that from. But that's exactly the question: if you acquired it legally, a museum or medical institute would certainly be interested in it. Especially if you know the story behind it. Maybe even an auction house would be interested?
On the black market? I have no idea.
